Once upon a time there was a really difficult online computer game called Everquest. If you died, your soul was reborn but all your stuff was still on your dead body... until you went back and picked it up. This was incredibly hard to do and eventually a much easier game showed up, World of Warcraft, and then no one talked about Everquest anymore.
After Xmas I purchased Demon Souls and I am just now giving it a try.
Dang, is it hard.

A pesky red dragon keeps burning me alive and taking away all my stuff.
I think I am in love :) It has been a long time since I had to play a really difficult game.
Just getting started so maybe the magic will wear thin but so far its entertaining. Its a single player game but they have done some interesting things with online play as well as game play.
